It is nice to use a single portal to post to multiple sites but the formatting on each site is less than perfect but that is the price of using the single portal.

I really wanted to change them out because the tile color wasn't what I would have chosen, but my wife convinced (wisely) that it was perfectly fine as it was and that we didn't need to spend another penny on it.

It has come to my understanding that if you don't account perfectly for expenses, a lawyer can argue that the LLC ultimately leads to me and my husband, and that our personal assets would get compromised anyway.

Even IF your rehab stays perfectly on budget (if you haven't done a ton they typically don't) you'd still be "losing" about 10k of your liquidity on this house.
