I work at a tourist attraction and environmental organization in FL which happens to be located right smack dab in the middle of a residential area of the city.

I am trying to get a ballpark of what this could potentially cost to put some high traffic cheap carpet on the stairs and also looking for recommendations as to who to use.Property is located in NW side of Chicago.Thanks

I am looking into buying a duplex in a strong rental market in a great location but there is a new multifamily development that is scheduled to start construction later this year on the property right behind the duplex (line of trees behind to separate but traffic would go through street in front) .
