If there is a real estate investor group in your area, they might organize on some website other than Meetup.

Will make sure the trash is organized, water isn't flowing for no reason and will mob and clean common areas.

It was built in 2006 and is mostly stone siding with a relatively small backyard, but a very large covered patio, big enough to watch football outside while it rains. 

Mostly it is the preparation and organization.

You need to highlight your experience and expertise in whatever field you have acquired it along with your partners/team members.You only get one chance to make a good impression so you need to be polished, professional and confident.If so not have any experience at all your need to join forces with an experienced organization and use their credibility but you still need to be educated on the space.

It also makes sense for me to organize the various companies in this manner. 

The city seems pretty well organized from my casual observations.
