Based on the news circulating out there you would think the sky is falling for landlords everywhere.

Covid has affected a lot of people and the good news, despite the immense amount of stress it has put on you, is y'all are actually doing better than a lot of people who lost their job. 

Unlike other states where the requirements to get your license are a little more lax.Just temporarily have the wind taken out of my sails after a good streak of news.

I also haven't heard any news about this being taken out.

Good news there's still time to avoid this clear money grab.   

I'm still interested in Alaska, but it seems that any good economic news is lacking.

I keep reading news about how in a lot of cities, people are moving further out to lower costs since they can WFH.

There was a specific person, who was opposed to self management, on the city council that lost re-election, and I was pretty happy to hear that news!
