@Sarah Ozuna for info I would listen to every podcast interview of a wholesaler that has been done on BG.

First of all there is a wealth of info on BP about wholesaling and wholesalers so poke around here.While you will learn general principles though all these sites, i would recommend networking in your area and see if there are wholesalers or investors who might be willing to pay you to birddog for them or do other tasks to start learning the business and the market.

Then all your data is available in one place, even on your phone (so helpful if you get a call on the road, you can quickly figure out who you are talking to even if they don't give you much info).

Instruct them to put a reminder in their phone for this with your contact info.

That said, based on the info provided, and being in So Cal myself, I would replace them all, reframe the Arch out to rectangle keeping the largest opening for light and view purposes, and get a bid on several window manufacturers for best pricing.Design and quality of your finishes will play a big role in your exit value.
