congrats on your first purchase. i hope it works out for you, its a very nice property.i strongly suggest you read up on the 50% rule a bit. keep in mind that this is a guideline that many on the forum believe in. i for one will agree that it is a good guideling to follow.over time (1 year, 5 years, 20 years, ?????)
