I would tell you to talk with your agents in your local office and see how they generate leads.

Now things have changed and I have the opportunity to turn the units into condos and sell them individually.

I plan to by 1 property in year 1, 2 in year 2, 3 in year 3, and so on with a final goal of 10 properties paid in full all generating passive cash flow.

Lots of unanswered questions at this point that I will be finding out in the days to come but I'm curious, generally speaking what's everyone's take on owning individual apartments within a larger complex?

He and I have done over 150 deals together over the last 4 years or so... and he's great with spending time to figure out the best strategy for the individual. 

Are you trying to generate cash flow?

They were not great ideas to begin with and now we would like to consolidate all of these small funds into a real estate purchase that would generate better cash over time.
