I hated doing the engineering and would have preferred being RE, but there were some MAJOR advantages to doing the engineering while I did it:- Had a steady paycheck while I 'figured out' real estate and where I fit in with it, and benefits of course- The company was contributing to my 401K while I was there which ended up being free money I used later to buy real estate- It gave me time to really figure out my niche in real estate.

Ideally I would sell it, but I don't know if I am legally allowed to since it isn't on my name, just on my property.Otherwise I would like to have it towed and dumped, or donated, but again I don't know if I can do that.Any advice?

The letters work just as well without all the hassle.Then I fold the letters into quarters and they fit perfectly into a white or ivory A2 invitation style envelope, (size 4 3/8 x 5 3/4), that you can pick up at Staples or Office Depot.I never use a printer to print the recipients address.

Even if you buy an ideal property to begin with, things can happen that change the market, like school rezoning or a new neighborhood is built out front full of condos, etc., that makes the neighborhood less appealing.

Judging by the burn marks from shorts I was amazed there were no fires.At first we wrapped electrical tape to cover the exposed areas of the switch/outlet but it was too tight a fit.
