Are you changing layout and have to move drain lines, gas lines, water lines to new locations?

With interest rates so high right now and property values up so much in recent years this would certainly help us when looking. 

My background is in building, with a degree from TAMU in Construction Science, and I'm currently a project manager overseeing new construction and remodeling of high end custom homes in Houston.

Despite the small town feel, lots of research companies, an Amazon warehouse close by along with high paying science, tech, research jobs and even Costco is now building here.

I find it quite high , am I correct?

These were mostly pretty high functioning offenders who just had slightly lower IQs and in some cases likely were just poor test takers in school.

If there happens to be such a law demand the money be placed in a high yield bank account where you get 100% of the interest.

( I know there are certain rules to the 1031 and having 3 separate sales may be a little challenging) Also,  I thought about just refinancing the 3 properties, but the rates are a little high to cashflow well.
