It was impossible to book the time and has caused grief.

I'm creating this Forum Post as a reference point for newer investors, like myself, who are seeking to learn more about the different books and podcasts that have dramatically impacted your life as a Real Estate Investor!

The BP books are excellent as well.

My whole point is that when analyzing a property in the book Brandon speaks of cash on cash return of 10% as a goal.

Its a short book, finished in 3 hours, but has also changed my thinking and actually has me wanting to become the bank

If keeping current house, refi property asap to get off books then can get another FHA loan. 

I read Dave Van Horn's book and its great about getting into the basics of what note investing is and where to do it and principle.

Is there anybody in the Greensboro area whose just starting in their real estate venture or even a seasoned investor that would want to meet to discuss mindset/books/strategies and anything related.

I’m new into real estate and I want to start off with wholesaling,does anyone have any good book recommendations into learning the ways to get started?
