It's a solid area to take advantage of the population growth, capital investments into the city and the companies that are moving here. 

Once set up correctly it works well as it scales to your business growth.

@Daniel James Moser The reason you are encountering the "must-have Illinois state license" is that you may be asked to perform tasks that require a license. 

So I went it alone and it has molded and been the reason for my more rapid growth in investments.

If inflation continues and rates stay put I think we may see steady growth though 2022 too.

If you have another bigger and better investment (like a large MF deal etc) and are low on cash then cashing out makes sense.Huntsville has at least 5 years of solid growth ahead so I would definitely recommend to keep holdin 'em!

However, with such expected growth, and revitalization of the downtown area, and knowing/expecting once construction and renovations are done in late 2022, it would be tourism, more people, etc. would you invest there on the principle you want to make money long term on the property?
