The Grand Concourse apartments were huge and beautiful with drop living rooms and attached dining areas.  

Of course, this MeetUp was a little different, a little more special, because in addition to featuring great fellow BP members as speakers, we had one of BP's Grand PooBahs (I wonder if Brandon's ever been describe that way before??)

If I were some high roller investor making 50 grand a month, yeah, I'd be concerned with reputation and just pay for it without thinking twice.

I HAVE PUT PROPERTIES UNDER CONTRACT AND IN LESS THAN AN HOUR HAD IT SOLD WITH A GRAND EARNEST MONEY.

But if you like to go play golf, take cruise vacations, play with the kids and/or grand kids, maybe the long term rentals are more your speed.
