One of mine has a $60 annual fee, the other doesn't (they were running a deal). 

Now a VA loan is a different matter; VA appraisers have flagged some very mundane things for clients on mine in the past....

Your reason for investing inside the loop are 100% the same as mine. 

Mine can set door codes, message (or call) guests, schedule cleaners, adjust the thermostat, monitor my cameras, & call a plumber just as easily as a local PM can, for 1% of the costHire good cleaners, a solid handyman & befriend some helpful neighbors.

If It were mine, I'd think about making it into a couple units and try renting it. 

She has handled many exchanges for clients of mine and is very knowledgeable.
