@Jesse Patterson  If your good at the car industry you absolutely NUTS to change.. some of my best friends own car dealerships and they ... well they are rich.. end of story you will never be as successful wholesaling as you would be .. being a very sharp auto guy.. build that business you know it .. 10X it.. your absolulty crazy if you think doing RE is easier or more profitable than flipping cars...

Cleveland can be a tough nut to crack.

I would like to fish and snorkel once in a while, but one of my favorite things is long walks around 5 in the morning, especially on the beach.

"Give a man a fish he eats for a day, teach a man to fish he eats for a lifetime." 

I would go nuts worrying about it.

But I just think that $10,000 to list the property might be a little bit like paying someone $500 to catch you a fish in a barrel.
