Too many people use sitting on the sidelines "because of the coming recession" as an excuse to not take action!

Now, we have 30+ rental untis, so those of you with 2 or 3 can't use this excuse.

If so, how old does it have to be for your to excuse it?

I have been waiting for a good excuse to visit Texas, Those days are good for me.

This article was an eye opener; I am just getting back into the real estate (game) excuse my pun.  

When the debts are gone ..." becomes an excuse to procrastinate.

I also made contact with a former colleague who has done a few wholesale deals and have asked him to send me examples of what he has done already.Tthanks again...sent from a phone, so please excuse any errors. 

When my agent (my wife) called him on the mistake, he got pissed and is now dragging his feet, not scheduling the closing, not returning either agent's phone calls, and now has apparently gone out of town for the week without telling anyone.Here's the longer story (taken from my blog, so excuse some of the references that may be unclear):The Second Chance House has been under contract for nearly 6 weeks now, and we’re about 3 weeks past the original closing date.

Aren't we looking at ways to do things and solve problems rather than excuses for not doing things?

This is something I have been working on and learning from for about 5 years and this interest is ultimately what got me interested in Real Estate.Something I have taken away from BiggerPockets books and from reading online is that it is vital to start in real estate investing as early as you can and also to take action rather then simply reading about it, researching, and making excuses as to why you have not started yet.
