I want to make a deal where its a win win for both of us.

I love to network with professional RE investors to work together in making deals happen and form long lasting relationships in order to make money where we all win.

These include the self-employed and commissioned sales people with excellent income, credit, and an adequate down payment.

Once you feel comfortable enough to make a move on the property you will need some luck in winning the property hoping its still available on the day of the auction.  

I know that I need a company that offers excellent training, but what about joining a team?

My credit score is in the excellent range  and the purchase price will be around $150K, however, I don't want to borrow personally if I don't have to.  

Tip: midgrade and durable wins the race unless you have a very high end rental in my view...

We both win, our customers win.I'd keep looking until you find an agent who works with beginning / intermediate investors. 

keep it for the rents or flip for the quick cash. the neighborhood is ok walkable close to NYC i go into this part of town to look at properties and there is aways multiple offers on them. this time i win
