I purchased a new refrigerator with a service contract and warranty before my tenants moved in, but it started having issues in January (freezer icing over, fridge getting warm, ect.). 

With that said Winter Garden is very close to Winter Garden.Also proporties in Norman are cheaper than the other markets because it is not as saturated with investors.Another thing that I am worried about is global warming and its affects on markets.

Most sellers warm up when it is framed this way.

However, by itself it isn't enough to distinguish one's self from the masses of other warm bodies, since there is nothing exclusive about a degree anymore.

PS: If its on the beach that beach might be gone in 20 years if global warming is real..or is that just a myth?
