I always want to provide my clients with detailed explanations of options when buying or selling so they (with my guidance) can make informed decisions that will be the best option for the results they are seeking.I have never done a RE transaction with seller financing.

there is a loan disclosure at the bottom of the CD that reads escrow account: $5277.03 says right next to it estimated total amount over 1 year escrowed property cost:Property taxes, homeowners insurance. mortgage insurance.

The property is currently generating between $2500 - $2,800 monthly but we estimate the pro forma income to be $3500 once offices and RV spaces are leased.

Estimated rehab is $175,000.I was able to negotiate the price down to $230,000 and the ARV is $600,000, so luckily, there's a lot of meat on the bone.At one end of the house, there's a big leak in the roof and that wall seemed to be sagging as the door in that wall was jammed shut.
