Single family rental property
I purchased a single family rental property with cash a few years ago. I am currently a remodeling it and need to get a loan to complete. I’m currently filling out a rental property analysis to assist with getting my loan approved. On the BiggerPockets Rental Property Calculator there is a section known as Loan Detail. My question is: how do I fill in this section if I already own the property and need money to finance renovations? My goal is to be able prove to bank my deal is a good one.
