I connected with the agent on here and he connected them with a cleaning service and PM who so far have performed well.

I can add value to the deal by raising the rents that the previous owner had been neglecting, and by updating some things and cleaning everything up.

We are planning to renovate 3 of the units, paint the exterior, landscape, clean up of exterior, tree removal, replace roofs, and possibly solar panels.
