In need of a full rehab so not sure how much that would cost I’m thinking $70k?

My best advice would be to study up on what areas you think you want to target beforehand, so that when you get here, you're ready to go!

Hi Jamie,Yes we’re near hospitals and are in Fresno, CA and I think it’s the law of supply and demand as I’ve seen other MTR host now listing their units for sale due to the vacancy.Yes we’re also listed on Zillow as furnished but no leads there.This morning one student emailed to say she’d like to proceed but we had to give it at cost but she’s renting it from June until Feb 2024 so we agreed.I just didn’t know how to target quality tenants as we’ve declined a few due to inability to pay and bad credit.I didn’t know about student.comThank you for replying.

I spent a lot of time thinking about this and who the ideal tenant would be and ultimately decided long-term would be best.

It's a 3BR 2BA home and I was thinking of doing student rentals as it's close to the university and makes sense as a student rental.

I do think MIT & Harvard visiting scholars can afford significantly higher rents than visiting nurses.

There was a time when to be competitive in this market your best option would have been to pay cash, but with current market conditions I do not think that is necessary. 

I would think hard about anything in Lawrence Township.
