Hello everyone,I really love how effective probate and administrative leads are, but I'm currently working fulltime in a large pharmaceutical company, and my hours are those exact of most court houses, so it makes it extremely difficult to get probate leads.

I found that probate properties were the most effective and promising way to get valuable leads, but its very difficult to mail out to people in a very large scale because you're hand writing down leads from the court house.If you don't mind me asking Jackie, where would I be able to find these code violation properties?

i am just getting started in realestate wholesaleing and i am about to make an offer on a house and i am not sure of what i should do, based on some of the particulars of the deal. the house in  areal nice subdivision, the hoa has a lot of stipulations. the hoa fees are 110.00 per month, residents must be 55 years of age and older, no children. arv 150 to160k dosa anyone have any suggestions on how i should proceed. please reply asap as i need to make the offer tomorrow 8/10/15. thanks
