My biggest problem is converting them into deals I suck at that.   

@Jesse Fernandez, When I say letting the loan "float", I'm referring to when the loan converts to a variable rate.

House hacking a SFR is a little tougher, unless you are going to convert rooms into short term rentals, or do just an airbnb rental.
