What if someone hacks into your computer or the cloud where you store all the personal data and steals the applicants personal information, is having a login password enough of a defense? 

These attorneys had some sort of personal vendetta against each other that no one else knew about, which was cause for many heated emails (and conference calls) and drew out the process THAT much more. 

Good thing was I was documenting all this, which will always be your best defense in court as tenants will look you straight in the eye and swear you never told them...... uuggghhhhhh. 

The city can take a very defensive posture on approving any height overages after the framing is complete.This makes having the footing height exactly right a fairly major task for any inner city project.
