I'm eager to gain all the knowledge and insight I can from this platform and I am very excited to connect with like-minded investors.

For example, we have been looking closely to the Beverly/Burlington NJ area, but we are definitely not constrained by location as long as we are within ~1hr from Staten Island. 

I did read the the teacher GNND program is different and not thru HUD and can be for any home you find, but I don't know if they will pay for half of it, it may be just down payment and closing assistance.

Unfortunately, 2024 started off slow, and we only closed a 4 unit in April.
