Paint, carpet or some other reason it doesn't show well?

We do water restoration, mold remediation, demolition, carpet cleans, etc.

Again, this isn't Angie's List where I give a good reviews on GC's, Plumbers, Roofers, Window Installer, Carpet Cleaners etc..Only a fool would believe that a profile picture automatically establishes "trust" on a PUBLIC forum on the internet.

There are often a lot of little things, like needing a mail box or fixing a window that won't open,  fixing a loose carpet or getting a door to open and close without sticking, well you get the idea. 

The customer I referred to was able to rent a large commercial dehu from a carpet cleaning business and you'd never know it had been subjected to the abuse.

I know a guy with rentals in Detroit and he can't even have carpet installed until the day a tenant is moving in.

For example, he wants new carpet, new paint.

The kitchen has been opened up, floors redone, the whole carpeted family room w/ the built in was new.  

That was a bear to rent-out because it was winter, the owner wanted premium $ and wouldn't replace the carpet, remove old wall paper and paint.I'd do another Twin Home if I could find one in Woodbury with as good numbers as my others.  

@Jack North The floors are actually wood laminate in the kitchen, ceramic tile in the bathroom and carpet in the rest of the living areas.
