Outside of that, I use turbotenant for managing all my own rentals and they have been a phenomenal tool for building leases and self-managing properties.

@John N CookI don't have much experience with ROBS... but the C-Corp requirement will mean that your C Corp has to file and pay its own taxes - unlike a Single Owner LLC, which can file within your personal tax return.  

I knew I needed to become an expert in order to get the right investors and build my reputation.

I wonder if the tax forms would be mailed there, and then that trust company will file to IRS to explain it is tax exempt? 

I'm not familiar with the Cuyahoga County tax site, so I could be misreading it.

I don't like Hartford for a few reasons- rules and regulations being placed are not in favor of landlords, that coupled with high property tax is what turns me off.
