Propping up the economy by printing a trillion dollars will predictably do that - but both your personal and business costs have increased as well (at least mine have) and that's a fact of life.

When you start adding investment accounts, rental properties, side hustle income, etc. its a good idea to turn things over to a CPA...preferably a CPA who has real estate investor clients and is also a real estate investor themselves.For true realization, try this:1.) prepare your taxes on one of the mentioned softwares and pay the fee so you are able to save & print the documents, but don’t file just yet. 2.) take your self-prepared tax filing into the CPA for review (along with the last 2 years’ tax filings).

From there, there are a lot of companies that can help with the printing and mailing.

Dan,I have read a couple of books on the topic, but I can tell you no book out there will give you knowledge or confidence compared to what BP can offer.As far as taking something with you to read on the road, how about print some of the material and keep it with you?

I do not look for them.fine print: Winter is indeed slower than other seasons.

I still own the first house I ever purchased. haha Its been printing money for me for 15 years now.

Other than printing a lease again, you'r not really losing anything.

Be bold and ask people to meet up.
