"Kitchen and bathrooms" sells houses and I would suppose that would also apply to renting as well.   

Bathroom (Glaze floor / wall / shower tile / sink, paint cabinet, maybe replace vanity, rehab bathroom hole in ceiling.

The rehab consisted of interior paint, carpet in bedrooms, new dishwasher and microwave, and a one vanity.

I’m still waiting on electrician because the lights are out in the kitchen and guest bathroom then on to drywall repair hopefully early next week.One step at a time.

Only problem is that there's an illegal half bathroom on the main floor. 

Very trendy with a warm modern stye, all tile floors throughout entire house, solid wood cabinets with soft close, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, double vanity master bath, walk in closet.

Custom built because I want to add an inlaw apartment and to design the house in a way where I don't have to interact with the tenants, as in, they have their own exits and entrances and perhaps make their bedrooms into mini studios (with full bathroom and kitchenette).

Because I currently rent to section 8 tenants I thought this would be a good loan to apply for in order to turn my duplex in to a triplex or at least to add another bedroom and bathroom and increase the passive income that the ulhome produces.
