I purchased this property off of a wholesaler, overall the property was in great shape. The rehab consisted of interior paint, carpet in bedrooms, new dishwasher and microwave, and a one vanity. A local realtor was showing a property next door and called our for sale by owner sign to see if she could show her client the property, we ended up going under contract 10 days into owning the property and closed in about 3 months due to the FHA 90 flip rule.
