We can be as right as rain when it comes to the law itself, but bull-headed public officials think they have some authority that is not granted to them by their State Legislature or Constitution, and often act in contrast to what the actual law says.

Hi Heather, I know this thread is pretty old but I was wondering what your experience with the East point housing authority was?

In it the author was describing the hard times his family had during the Depression when he was a boy.  

FHA 3.5% financing or either Alabama Housing Authority 0% down or 0.5% down will it matter If I wait to save up more funds if I'm going that route?
