Hello to my new BP family!

I am just beginning my real estate investing journey and I look forward to meeting new people and learning new things throughout the BiggerPockets community. I am in the process of officiating my LLC and am currently working on my first wholesaling marketing campaign. I am looking to grow my buyers list as much as possible, so if you are a rehabber in Houston (or one of our many outskirt towns) please leave your information as well as neighborhoods and locations that you are the most interested in buying. I look forward to all of the great lessons and opportunities to come!

Thanks @Michael Le, I'm glad to be here! And good question.  I was one of those people who did a ton of research before I wanted to get my feet wet with investing. A few asset protection seminars that I've attended mentioned using your entity name would be the best bet to use on contracts, so I decided to form an entity. It was not until after I began the process that I found out it is not entirely necessary for me to form an entity for my wholesale deals. Be that as it may, I do not regret the decision because I want it to be known that I am serious about forming and growing this as a business.
