I can’t choose where I was born and raised, I didn’t choose to have good health it was given to me(yes I know lifestyle choice factor into health). 

My metal of choice is the 1/10 oz gold eagle also.

In this market where sellers have plenty of choices I cannot imagine you be able to get away with this.
