Seller's know way in advance before a sale/foreclosure date is set.To get a call from them a week before the foreclosure date is almost certain doom.

(I haven't paid that much to them, so apologies in advance if that's a stupid question.)

Is there anything I can do to obtain a funding prior to having my deal presentable so that I could secure required capital in advance?
