Looking to connect with those who own/operate residential assisted living or adult family homes in the area. 

I have a pretty demanding job and am in the process of entertaining buying a small business on the side.  

Tenants are adults for crying out loud.Heck, if I grow marijuana in my own house does my landlord, THE COUNTY,  get held responsible?

I prefer adult only parks, MHCs, as they are easier to operate, not necessarily more or less profitable.

There is a inverse relationship between rent and pain in the ***   With higher rents, you tend to get more functional adults.  

Cops may be needed, but if you resort to that first without attempting to talk to this guy as adults I can imagine he may get more nasty before he gets nice.

I also have young adult children that I would like to be able to help get into a house - wondering if there is a way to structure it so one of them is on the deed (not mortgage) so they would be occupying one of the units.

Bastrop is building a huge entertainment production studio and Taylor just landed about a $40 billion deal when it is all done for a Samsung plant. 

These markets have high enough foot traffic in their central business districts and entertainment areas but also CAP rates that make sense.I got about 6 months of work into this, but definitely open to sharing more with you. 

We typically either do move-in fee of $500 or $300 per adult.
