I think the program is okay for a part of a portfolio, but don't limit yourself because "getting paid" every month is only half of the story...Posts about getting shot are not accurate in my experience.

I liked the way mint pulled Zillow’s Zestimate (May not be the most accurate, but at least it tracks it) and kbb’s car values to update the value of homes and cars.

My advice below may not be accurate if it is "ANY financing" contingent.Daniel, send whatever rejection info (email letter etc) from your lender to the broker and tell them they have 48 hours to return the check or you are filing complaints with whatever relevant regulatory board there is in your state... and just in case it is one of those "holding the check and it isn't cashed or in escrow which some states do, call your bank and stop payment."

For other who may not be familiar with the process (I'm sure Rich realizes this), this isn't completely accurate...For example, let's say a property is selling at a foreclosure auction with the bank bidding $100K (this means nobody can buy the property for less than that).
