Commercial lease with a SNDA
Can I create a 99 year ground lease with only a non disturb agreement and no subornation agreement. basically have a teanant have all the benefits of the property with out any back lash of the owners financial responsibility. I want protectIon from forclosure or bankruptcy. I know I would need to consult with an attorney to draw up a good legally binding contract but can it be done? Property currently has an owner financing agreement.
