I agree with what others have said on this thread and would add that my husband and I have stopped buying at every duty station b/c we've also found that our interests have been better served by creating relationships w/ a property manager (and lowering our costs through more rentals with that individual), in one or two locations.

Hi Miguel,This is very similar to what I do, although the prices here in the Tacoma WA area are a lot higher for the property and the rents are not much different.
