Hi BiggerPockets Community,I am a new investor trying to get started by wholesaling to transition to using the BRRRR to hold SFR in the Indianapolis metro area.

Initially I thought that house hacking would be a great way to get into it, but I'm learning that the DC metro area just doesn't have much inventory for that strategy. 

I'd appreciate referrals to good and competent RE Investment attorneys and title companies in the Chicago metro area, preferably with offices in northern Cook County (around O'Hare) / northside Chicago area OR in DuPage County.
