New to BP - NY/SC - Need Advice*
Hello all,
I'm looking into investing in Real Estate. I am currently traveling back and forth between the Greenville, SC area and the New York metro area and have no problem investing in either area. I'm trying to figure out the best approach on what brings the top dollar into my pocket in the shortest period of time. I'm sure there's no right or wrong answer here, but from the looks of it, flipping seems to be the money maker and renting seems to be a retirement plan. I don't want this to sound cliché, but my financial goals are set very high, in the hundreds of millions, and I am trying to set a short term and long term plan for myself before diving in. I am by no means a newbie when it comes to business, so I know all about patience and sacrifices. However, if there are routes that you guys think I should be avoiding if I want to achieve such high goals because of low ROI and how time consuming they are, I will eliminate them from my plans. My idea thus far is to begin with residential flippers and move onto commercial once I'm comfortable with the system. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
Alex G.
