It sounds like a pain in the butt for owners to have another fee and something they have to do but I will say that from a public safety point of view, this will help property owners.

If buyers are a real pain you generally won't get many calls back. 

As much as it pains me to admit it, once a tenant signs a lease and moves in, my hands are very much tied.

While it is painfully slow my husband and I only partner with each other.

- Financing it is a PAIN without good credit or ways of getting cash (Trying to get it financed now)- I'm leaning the hard knocks about Real Estate through my mistakes and others mistakes on YouTube.- My goal is to show people that BP, YouTube, Reddit  and REIA meetings are all that you need in this business as a beginner.  

And if you are inclined, J Scott's books are painfully detailed and contain everything you would be looking for.

ACH can be a pain to set up, but once it's done it's automatic every month and is usually free and (sometimes) quick.

However, using this vehicle for buying rentals that are self-managed is a royal pain.
