well I dont know what it is but my levolor 2.5 blinds show signs of it and the 2 cheap ones in  small room are horrific to look at. it would have been nice if some of the people that had the issues before would have shared their outcome.

Keep it simple, and cheap...

In the small cheap 70's era rentals with few windows, especially around the college, it's pretty common.

A few fence boards are cheap.

I've seen a lot of FSBO go way too quickly because they were listed far too low (I bought my own house this way, still almost feel bad for how cheap I got it).  

When you look at it like that, $4800 was a cheap education.  

Bottom line is cheap for one person may be overpriced for another. 

If the judge is a woman, it's even more likely that she's priced cheap peel-and-stick vinyl tile.Since the average bathroom is 50-100 ft2, unless your estimate is less than $100, selling the estimate to an unsympathetic judge is still going to be hard.

It is not worth it for the seller to fix all the problems, so they sell it cheap to people who can't afford more.
