Me personally...Cast iron is very heavy, so I avoid it.Fiberglass tends to have a hollow feel/sound, so I avoid it.I have ended up buying American Standard Americast tubs.

Have a place you rent out, have them pay the mortgage so your in a "rent free" kind of zone but you give maintenance to the home and keep the tenant relatively happy in exchange.. yeah man sounds like the American Dream.
