Looking for locals opinion on REIA meetup groups

I have a friend who has been flipping houses in Moon township. I was telling her about the wonderful world of REIA and meetup groups and about BP. She has been doing this completely on her own. Would love advice from experienced flippers in the area on which groups would be most appropriate for her. She's experienced so a REIA that attracts newbie investors might not be the place for her. Thanks in advance for your response.

Checkout WPREIA or ACRE there are tons of experienced investors of course they do attract newbie investors but that is part of what makes it great. They both have a couple thousand members and many members actively flip houses full time, some even doing multi million dollar developments. I'm sure she can learn something from the members. Floyd Mayweather said that he learned something new from boxing everyday and he was the undefeated champion for more than 16 years when he made that statement so always things to be learned.
