I have 3 properties in Indy, C class 700-900 rent (down from 8 because Ive been selling that portfolio).

If it's a B or C class property in a B or C class neighborhood with low crime and acceptable schools, then I personally would expect rents to go up in Vancouver, and in Clark County as a whole.With COVID19, do you expect home prices in that neighborhood to go up or down in the next 13-24 months?

It’s in a class C neighborhood, currently listed for rent but with the current pandemic I don’t except it to be rented out ASAP.My fear is if I find a tenant who meets the screening requirements do you think they would not pay the rent to take advantage of the pause on evictions etc?

That investment of ctrl+c, ctrl+v repetition pays for itself 10 fold in leisure time!!!
