That’s what provides cash flow.

It’s not even like they filter bad agents out or it would be worth it.

Would it be worth paying a mentor for guidance on structuring the LOI and analyzing the finances together.

This would increase our company's net worth, reduce our debt, and increase our income.  

We bought our Rockies place cash and had to understand the insurance aspect of it-- we couldn't find a provider that wouldn't charge such a huge amount that I would be kind of embarrassed to say here.

The only thing I can do know is grow the company some more to get the cash flow to fund a better system!

If you find one that goes below 680 the rate will be horrible 8's 9's and at that point its not worth it and ruins cash flow.

It is likely outside the warranty period, but worth a call to the company. 

Thirties is not socially acceptable but it is still worth it anyways.   

Would that cash partner receive 50% and my other partner and I split the other 50%?
