Knocked on the door, a friendly lady answers and they let me into their home.

I know a young lady who got licensed recently doing exactly that, but she plans to transition into a full time agent within the next year or so.

We have the top apartment and there is another older lady who lives in the basement unit.  

For those 9 months he’ll make a good chunk more than he pays me and he’ll get to make $ on STR the other 3 months I asked him how he came across the company and he said the lady that manages corporate rentals for them found his listing on airbnb in other words I think companies looking to rent for corporate use are looking at STR sites for product  

I do check in from time to time and still not thrilled with what I see.So now I have this little lady from Loopnet calling me every month trying to get me to subscribe again.

Developers and Realtors tried to get it for over 50 years according to the owner, an 80+ year old lady full of stories.I explained my intentions to devlope it into low-mod hosuing which was fitting for the area.

Despite the fact that he was a phenomenal cook, I went to a McDonald's down the street to use the ladies room and never set foot inside his apartment ever again.

@Carly Staehlin Lady had 5 kids in a two bedroom with only a part time job and on state money to pay rent.

The lady replied "we do not sell houses that are Willed to us".
