Tenants usually have poor taste and will leave your house in neon pink green and blue in every room

Within the housing market, the typical tenant is a middle-class blue collar family looking for a 3/2 in the $1100-$1400 rental range. 

The only "personal" property value is essentially the blue book value of that asset (and it's not much).On the expense side, on a $100,000 mobile home park revenue you would the following largest line items (water/sewer, trash, property tax, manager, mowing, insurance, repair and maintenance).

Jet Blue was going to start direct flights from the US but that might have been put on hold because of the pandemic. 

Imagine the landlord that hasn’t seen a dime in rent in more than a year and then they get hit with $150 charge out of the blue and still don’t get any rent.Also as mentioned above, I would hope there isn’t a % of rent charge on top of the $250 (which yes seems very excessive.) you’re saying the $150 covers applying, so the $250 just seems like a bonus to the PM without any additional work.I assume these tenants were placed by the PM.

A "D" in another region might be an inner city 'hood with a majority blue collar population.If you grew up in a D or F your perception of what is truly bad is going to be different than the perception of the private school lacrosse kids.
