Can anyone recommend tips on how to find reliable people to shovel snow and do things like grass cutting? I usually look on places like Kijiji or on local neighborhood ads for my property, but I always seem to get cancellations.

I live in the Toronto, Ontario Canada area, but wondering if there are general tips to yield better results overall. Thanks in advance!
