Travelling nurses/temp workers? 

There are many wholesalers out there that do business with little to no money.That said, you are going to want to improve your credit score and save some money, as these are the habits that will lead you to success.I am confident you will find some people here on BP that can guide you in the right direction!

I was wondering what you landlords do with your kitchen and bathroom sinks (and drains) between tenants.I've gotten into the habit of using a bottle of Drano Max for all the drains in between tenants.

I'm willing to work hard, to travel, to read, take courses, seminars...whatever it takes.

A couple of traveling nurses contacted me, looking for a three month lease on a vacant unit I have advertised. 

Cleaning and Management company, Taxes, Insurance, Maintenance, repairs and replacements (hot water heater, destroyed couch), Advertising (VRBO, AIRBNB), Supplies, Utilities (Cable, Elec and gas), If you live far away, the expense on travel, meals etc when you ck on the property, Mort and Interest?

To maintain our standard of living and travel the world like we want, we will need to supplement our income however.  

The most important components that you don't get with these courses is a work habit and persistence.

I currently in North Fulton but can do some traveling so help out a fellow investor.
